C5 - images of our model

- solar energy
- collected water (tanks)
- integrated into it's environment by allowing the rocky environment to dictate the shape of the verandah
-the angle of the living space is also dictated by the environment: it is directed towards the river to get the best view
- the entire building was made from adjustable louvres from recyclable timber (except for the bathroom which was corrugated iron walls for privacy)

Our main aim was to create an environmentally friendly house that integrated easily into the environment with little damage or affect on its surroundings.

private/public space - the bedrooms have corrugated iron about a metre high from the ground and then the timber louvres start after that - privacy for changing and sleeping
